Everything at this location has been awesome! Rachel does a fantastic job as a stylist she’s very talented I’ve never had a bad haircut from her. Also everyone there is friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Love it keep up the good work!

Horrible experience. Stylist (forget her name but she is skinny and blonde) was clearly on drugs and nodded out in the middle of my haircut while pressing the clippers into my scalp numerous times!! When I informed her that it was hurting my scalp I was told to get over it. After paying for my haircut I tipped her $3 (normally tip $5 anytime I get my hair cut) her response was "Wow are you freaking serious". I explained to her that she was lucky that I tipped at all since I had a horrible experience and she told me to stop *****ing and get over it. I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I live in Kentlands and it is convenient. If you do go to this location get any stylist except her!
